Business Improvement Analyst

Purpose of the Role:
Lead the line of defense of Supply Chain Management to provide SCM system and technology enhancement and improvement of SCM business process in parallel maintain compliance, provide training, audit, and support, and actively contribute to company’s ESG goals through Sustainable Supply Chain initiatives, with main objective to increase competitive advantage of the company.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop system and technology enhancement and support in SCM area, including ERP development and training for SCM team as part of the PT Vale Carve out and transition.
  • Lead the road map for improvement of SCM lean business process while maintaining the governance and compliance with relevant internal and external standard and regulation.
  • Develop market/business intelligence analysis and dene alternative potential strategic & nonstrategic commodities which include raw material, production equipment, maintenance material/spare parts in relation to increase overall Company’s future competitive advantage.
  • Develop the control of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard within Supply Chain Management to ensure its KPI target and progress are fully monitored and controlled.
  • Establish system using relevant technology to monitors the progress of achievement the Supply Chain Management KPIs, identify root cause(s) of KPIs deviation, and recommend mitigation plan to respective managers.
  • Develop planning, promoting, and giving feedback of the eectiveness implementation of Vale ERP especially during the transition of
  • PT Vale ERP after the carve out and relevant application such as E-procurement within SCM areas, internal PT Vale, and Company’s contractors to meet Company’s objectives and its designed purposed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in handling ERP system
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience using SAP S/4 HANA
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
  • A team player with ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Procient in English oral and written communications skills.
  • Computer literate, experienced in MS Oce Application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
