PakarBUMN.com | PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (selanjutnya disebut “BNI” atau “Bank”) pada awalnya didirikan di Indonesia sebagai Bank sentral dengan nama “Bank Negara Indonesia” berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang No. 2 tahun 1946 tanggal 5 Juli 1946. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 17 tahun 1968, BNI ditetapkan menjadi “Bank Negara Indonesia 1946”, dan statusnya menjadi Bank Umum Milik Negara. Selanjutnya, peran BNI sebagai Bank yang diberi mandat untuk memperbaiki ekonomi rakyat dan berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan nasional dikukuhkan oleh UU No. 17 tahun 1968 tentang Bank Negara Indonesia 1946.

As our bank continues to grow, we need more talented employees to become our future leaders. We need fresh, creative, skillful, and adventurous individuals who will lead and manage the bank’s transformation to achieve its mission in the future.

To be well prepared as our future leaders, you will be required to undergo One year comprehensive bankers training (you will be evaluated in the end of training)

Kualifikasi Minimum

Requirements :

  1. S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA of:
    - S1: 3.00 or equivalent
    - S2: 3.25 or equivalent
  2. Maximum age to apply:
    - S1: 26 years old
    - S2: 28 years old
  3. Prioritizing : Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Engineering, or relevant majors
  4. Proficient in English and submit your score in the application (TOEFL / IELTS), min 400. We only accept score provided by authorized institution and valid
  5. Not married yet and willing to not get married during the program (1 year).
  6. No member of the nuclear family currently working in Bank BNI.
  7. Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia.

Specific for ODP IT :

  • Mastering the Programming Language that suits the Company needs
  • Having a skill to design and Tools / System development
  • Has experience in developing IT Tools and Systems in Banking or other Non-Banking financial industries
