1. Group Assistant Director of Digital Marketing
Job Description
- Website / Google Ads Marketing:
- Execute online ad strategies to increase revenue for both Swiss-Belhotel and Swiss-Belhotel properties (SEM).
- Improve the website content and associated online presence content strategies to increase website traffic from potential buyers. (SEO)
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and other online initiatives to verify traffic is increasing and paid advertising is delivering business in an economic manner.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Create an SEO strategy for SBI and Zest brands.
- Customize the group SEO strategy according to individual properties.
- Implement property SEO strategies into our evoSuite CMS.
- SEM (Search Engine Marketing):
- Create and maintain Google Adword accounts for properties when required.
- Manage the daily spend for Google Adword accounts.
- Create PPC A/B testing on an ongoing basis.
- Analytics:
- Measure website performance through Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
- Monitor customer online behaviour on our websites.
- Monitor and analyze the performance on Affiliate networks.
- Reporting:
- Provide a weekly Google Analytics reports on all website stats included revenue.
- Provide Ecommerce team insights in most booked rate plans etc on our IBE.
- Provide a weekly Google Ads report on any active campaigns.
- Provide a monthly report on SEO strategies implemented and the ranking results.
- Others:
- Provide insights to the Ecommerce team on internet trends.
- Partner with local/international corporate, banks and agencies to maximize online visibility and revenue.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by his or her immediate manager.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / E-Commerce or other equivalent academic.
- At least, three years’ experience in similar position.
2. Regional Director of Business Development
Job Description
- Identify and Pursue New Projects
- Actively seek out new hotel development opportunities, acquisitions, or management contracts.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify properties and locations that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Hotel Takeovers
- Identify underperforming or strategic properties for operational takeover.
- Assess the financial and operational aspects of potential properties to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Project and Lead Management
- Manage and follow-up all leads and project referrals, ensuring they are promptly reviewed and pursued.
- Collaborate with internal teams, investors, and property owners to evaluate referred opportunities.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure
- Lead and manage ongoing negotiations for new projects or property takeovers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the company.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of management agreements, leases, or acquisition contracts.
- Relationship Building
- Build strong networking with property developers, real estate agents, hotel owners, and industry partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners involved in potential or ongoing projects in order to maintain partnership.
- Strategic Contribution
- Work towards achieving the company’s growth targets through strategic project development.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new regions or segments.
- Report customer, client, and owner satisfaction and feedback quarterly to the Senior Vice President Operations and Development.
- Provide regular market intelligence updates and reports to support decision-making.
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Maintain an updated pipeline of potential projects and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Provide insights and reports on the progress of new projects, negotiations, and market developments.
- Familiar with national and regional regulations in the market.
- Plan and actively participate in industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, management agreements, and market analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, task management and multitasking abilities.
