Saat ini PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Micro & Retail Risk & Compliance
Job Description:
- Socialization and implementation of risk management policies and procedures, including internal and external fraud prevention and recovery (Anti-Fraud Strategy).
- Analysis, assessment, and evaluation of risks (particularly operational and credit risks).
- Formulation of follow-up actions, monitoring, and evaluation of risk controls.
- Implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Business Continuity Management, as well as Health & Safety at Work.
- Monitoring of Management Improvement Plans based on internal and external audit results.
- Socialization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of compliance policies (including Good Corporate Governance, gratuities, conflicts of interest, code of ethics, compliance culture, etc.).
- Implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering programs.
- Preparation and implementation of internal fraud detection plans and early warning signs.
- Compilation of data/information/reports related to risk management and compliance management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit, Public Accounting Firms, or similar fields.
- Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree from a university with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale).
- Possesses valid Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance certifications.
- No outstanding obligations (such as service bond penalties from previous companies, loans, credit cards, online loans, cooperative loans, or other outstanding obligations from other institutions).
- Capable of establishing good interpersonal relationships with customers/borrowers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in data processing.
- Able to analyze company financial statements.
- Willing to be placed in any BRI Work Branch.
2. Relationship Manager Priority BRI
What Will You Do:
- Sell wealth products, investment, and bancassurance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI).
- Establish active relationships and communication with BRI Priority Customers (customer relationship management to BRI Prioritas).
- Act as a financial advisor for BRI Priority Customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum formal education of Bachelor (S1) or S2 from all accredited faculties/departments at PTN/PTS
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4)
- Experienced as a Relationship Manager in the field of Wealth Management with a minimum experience of 3 (three) years
- Good communication skills, fluent in English or Mandarin is preferable
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Certied / obtained licenses in AAJI/WAPERD/WPPE/CWM
3. Relationship Manager Upper Small
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching new potential customers (preferably those who have managed a loan portfolio with a minimum credit limit starting from 5 billion/account to 25 billion/account.
- Preparing credit proposals as well as financial and credit analysis of both new and existing customers.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers by providing excellent services.
- Providing credit recommendations & pipeline to the Credit Committee.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the portfolio in order to generate revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related majors
- At least 3 years of working experience in banking, especially in SME Business.
- Strong analytical and good credit risk assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities to build and support a good pipeline of prospective clients.
- Must be self-driven, hardworking, goal-oriented, and proactive

4. Relationship Manager Medium
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching new potential customers (preferably those who have managed a loan portfolio with a minimum credit limit starting from 25 billion/account to 500 billion/account.
- Preparing credit proposals as well as nancial and credit analysis of both new and existing customers.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers by providing excellent services.
- Providing credit recommendations & pipeline to the Credit Committee.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the portfolio in order to generate revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related major.
- At least 3 years of working experience in banking, especially on SME Business.
- Strong analytical and good credit risk assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities to build and support a good pipeline of prospective clients.
- Must be self-driven, hardworking, goal-oriented, and proactive.

5. Unit Audit Internal
Job Responsibilities:
- Make an audit plan, audit process, audit monitoring, evaluation, and assurance report (including Regular Audit, Special Audit, Thematic
- Audit, etc.).
- Expertise in Investigative Audit Activities and early warning signs to support assurance activities.
- Preparation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of mandatory activities.
- Preparation and improvement of audit ratings for Work Units as a result of assurance.
- Data preparation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Holds at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting, nance, or related major from a university with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Auditing, Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit, Public Accounting Firms, or similar fields.
- Holds valid Audit certifications such as Qualified Internal Auditor (QIA), or preferably other professional certification (s).
- No outstanding loan obligations (such as penalties from previous companies, credit cards, online loans, or other obligations from other
- institutions).
- Proficient in data processing.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- High accuracy and integrity.
- Have a driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
- Willing to be placed in any BRI Branch.
