1. IT Project Manager

What you will do:

Lead the project planning process, including scope definition, resource allocation, and project timeline creation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary to ensure project success.
Facilitate scrum master events, monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to guide teams in project execution.
Evaluate project outcomes and report on key performance indicators to improve future project implementation.
Create and manage the documentation project and project planning, ensure proper documentation for any scope of adjustment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies (knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and/or other Agile frameworks is essential in the Tech industry).
Experience managing third-parties, external (B2B/B2C) system integrations.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Postman – API tools)

2. Devsec Ops Engineer (Development Security Operational Engineer)

What you will do, but not limited to:

Manage and secure AWS environments
Integrate and automate DAST/SAST tools in CI/CD pipelines
Conduct penetration testing for applications, containers, and infrastructure
Implement and monitor AWS security services (IAM, GuardDuty, CloudTrail)
Perform vulnerability assessments and enforce container image compliance
Respond to security incidents and ensure runtime security in AWS Services.

Requirements

3+ years in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Pentesting
Expertise in AWS (EKS, ECS, IAM, Lambda) and Kubernetes
Experience with DAST/SAST tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, SonarQube)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) and IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies
Familiarity with OWASP, CIS benchmarks, and container security tools

3. Agribusiness Operation Support (Poultry)

What will you do but not limited to:

Assist in managing the daily operations specifically poultry activities
Record and track poultry-related transactions including health monitoring, feed usage, and inventory management
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to poultry operations performance
Support the coordination of supply chains related to poultry feed and products
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of poultry activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary Science, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in poultry operations or a related agribusiness role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in MS Oce programs, SAP is a plus point
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

4. Corporate Finance Associate

What you will do but not limited to:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment schedules.
Preparing and reviewing tax calculations and tax returns
Monitor and reconcile financial data within SAP, ensuring integrity and transparency
Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to inform strategic business decisions and developments
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
Managing cash ow projections and optimizing financial resources
Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial performance and develop actionable insights
Participate in financial risk assessments and create mitigation strategies
Provide ad-hoc support for special projects and initiatives as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field and/or from KAP/Public Accounting Firm.
Experience handling taxation. Candidate with Brevet A & B certified is preferred.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial software.
Solid understanding of nance principles, investment evaluations, and financial regulations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proactive problem solver with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

5. Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure software quality and functionalities meet with business requirements and standards.
Execute manual testing.
Create and maintain Testing Documentation
Develop detailed test case/scenario before Sprint Start
Debugging, Defect, and bug Tracking
Work in collaborative, value-driven teams, and customer-first mindset to build innovative platforms.
Take part in the entire cycle of platform delivery from ideation to deployment and everything in between.
Onboard new supplier in INDICO DFE

Requirements

Have 2 Years Experienced as QA
Have Experience in Agile development methodology
Experience with testing tools including Postman, Insomnia
Experience and strong knowledge in API Testing
Experience with SQL Query

6. Procurement Support

What you will do but not limited to:

Manage and optimize end-to-end procurement operations including but not limited to sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.
Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and other potential improvement to drive cost savings, science, and effectiveness related sourcing activities in INDICO from time-to-time;
Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement;
Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records of procurement activities;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance and support in supplier selection and evaluation;
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies to mitigate risk;
Perform other duties as assigned by management;

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, and/or any related field.
Has minimum 1 year experience in Procurement, or supply chain management is preferred.
Fresh graduate with minimum 1 year experience are welcome to apply

7. Product Manager Loyalty and Promotion (Contract Based)

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Plan, and implement innovative loyalty programs that enhance customer experience and retention
Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for promotions that align with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional strategies across multiple channels
Set KPIs and track program performance, analyzing results to optimize loyalty efforts
Research competitor loyalty programs and promotions to keep offerings competitive and relevant
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for program improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business/MBA, or any related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, or similar roles, with a focus on loyalty programs & promotions
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making, and detailed
Experience working with loyalty and CRM platforms
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with emerging trends in loyalty programs and promotions including consumer behavior in digital ecosystem

8. Senior Business & Marketing Strategy (Digital Goods)

What you will do but not limited to:

Conduct market analysis and research to identify opportunities and business potential
Explore potential opportunities and develop new initiatives for our digital platforms as new sources of growth.
Develop and maintain a business roadmap and bridge to product that aligns with the overall strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on customer feedback and market demand.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance our value proposition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology & engineering, product, design to ensure product development is on track and meets quality standards.
Manage Go-To-Market plan and strategy, initiate program and activation, including oversee marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Track business performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and enhance existing products, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, and/or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, marketing, business development, or related roles, preferably in the digital goods product ecosystem. Exposure in Telco industry is a plus.
Proven track record in developing and establishing new digital platform businesses with high revenue impact.
Strong analytical strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, well-organized and structured.
Excellent communication and go-getter interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different levels.
Understanding of digital platforms, latest technologies and trends in the market.

9. Frontend Developer

What You Will Do:

Implement user interfaces based on designs from Figma or similar tools
Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs
Ensure high-quality code by writing tests and following best practices
Optimize the UI for performance and scalability
Follow and contribute to the Minimals.cc design system
Stay updated on frontend development trends and tools

Requirements

Proficient in React.js with 2+ years of experience
Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux)
Proficient in creating responsive and accessible UIs using HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like TailwindCSS or Material-UI
Experience in slicing designs from Figma or any other UI/UX design tool
Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication
Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
Familiarity with Minimals.cc design system
Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel

10. Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Golang and React.js
Build scalable and optimized RESTful APIs for backend services
Create responsive user interfaces and integrate them with backend systems
Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs from Figma or similar tools
Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure
Write unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Optimize both backend and frontend components for performance
Stay updated with fullstack development trends and best practices

Requirements

Proficient in Golang for backend development and React.js for frontend development with 3+ years of fullstack experience
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database schema design and optimization
Deep understanding of RESTful API development and integration between backend and frontend
Familiarity with AWS for cloud platform services
Proficient in implementing responsive and accessible UI components
Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools for design collaboration
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus

11. Backend Developer

What You Will Do:
