1. Corporate Finance & Accounting

Job Description

  • Manage the acquisition and strategic use of company funds, including investments and debt.
  • Administer short-term financial activities, such as cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Evaluate potential investment funds to assess performance, risk, and suitability for strategic portfolio management.
  • Strategically direct profit allocation to ensure it aligns seamlessly with financial objectives and meets the expectations of stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to create detailed reports for informed decision-making and accurate financial planning.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, finance, or other related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Finance Management, or other related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.

2. Internal Audit

Job Description

  • Make an audit report, gather and compile audit evidence, including data analysis, interviews, and document reviews, to support findings.
  • Assess and appraise the performance of operations, finance, and accounting functions to determine their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track remediation actions taken by management.
  • Develop comprehensive audit plans outlining objectives, scope, and methodologies for thorough examination of internal controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to communicate audit objectives, findings, and recommendations effectively.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Internal or External Auditor, Risk or other related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance Management.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.

3. Instructor Operator

Job Description

  • Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors
  • Observe the operation of heavy equipment
  • Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes
  • Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Able to speak English is advantageous
  • Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training
  • Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck

4. Secretary to Director

ob Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars for executives or team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Facilitate effective communication between executives, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and take minutes during meetings as needed.

5. Business Consultant

Job Description

  • Promote and United Tractors products especially heavy equipment.
  • Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company.
  • Assist in fulfilling the administrative needs of customers.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics to identify opportunities for selling company products.
  • Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities.
  • Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales consultant, sales engineer, business development or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.

Job Description

  • Lead the research and development of advanced techniques for the extraction, purification, and processing of minerals, including the use of sustainable technologies to reduce environmental impact.
  • Conduct detailed feasibility studies on new mineral deposits, assessing resource availability, extraction efficiency, and the environmental impact of mining activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in the mineral industry, including market entry plans and client acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze geological data, exploration reports, and market intelligence to identify potential mining sites and investment opportunities.

Job Description

  • Conduct analysis & carry out work activities in the field of overseas purchasing.
  • Conduct analysis activities & carry out tasks in the field of strategic procurement expeditions, consumable spare parts, & bulk spare parts.
  • Plan and monitor all procurement activities based on the purchase plan with a list of needs from inventory and lead time from vendors/suppliers to run efficiently and effectively.
  • Review documents in Mandarin and create purchasing documents in Mandarin.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) All Majors, preferably from Mandarin Literature/Mandarin Language Education majors with an interest in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.
