1. General Affair Legal Function

Job Description

Provide expert legal advice and guidance across diverse business units
Develop and implement legal strategies to support the growth and success of each business unit
Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of variety of commercial agreements, including contracts with vendor, supplier,
customers, and partners
Management and monitoring company assets
Monitor the implementation of maintenance and repair of office facilities and ensure office needs and security of office facilities

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law
Having experience as corporate legal min. 2 Years
Can do attitude
Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things.
Willing to do administrative and practical works
Good attitude, commitment to work and good team player.
Good problem solving, analytical skill.

2. QA Tester

Job Description

Support the completion of QA activities, such as :
Requirement
Design
Development/Implementation
Testing
Deployment
Reporting
Maintenance
Collaborating with developers to resolve issues
Ensuring that the final product meets the established quality standards

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Math/IT
Maximum 30 years old.
QA/Tester experience Min 1 Years
SQL Query experience Min 1 Years
Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things.
Good attitude, commitment to work and good team player.
Good problem solving, analytical skill.

3. Software Developer

Job Description

Coding with company’s standard methodology and policy.
Debugging
Testing
Technical installation/deployment
Technical optimization
Perform database management (Query, Restore Backup, Tuning, etc.)
Update progress to Lead and Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Mathematics / Physics / Science and Technology from
reputable university
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Preferable 2 years of working experience in the related position
Required Skills : VB Net or C# Net or Java / PHP / C++ and TSQL (MySQL / SQL Server)
Like to do coding/programming

4. Marketing Officer

Job Description

Define Marketing Strategy including :

Product/Bundle Strategy (SWOT analysys)
Pricing Strategy
Marketing Strategy
Market Analysis
Competitive Analysis
Promotion Strategy

Develop Marketing Plan:

Branding Awareness
Product Awareness
Target Market

Develop Marketing Tools

Marketing Collateral (brochure, banner, flyer, etc)
Marketing Tools
Sales Kit
Promotion Plan

Conduct Marketing Event
Coordinate the strategy & plan with BC & SDC
Produce Potential Pipeline to BC with agreed criteria, ie:

New Users or Existing
Monitor closed sales against Pipeline submission

Key Responsibilities :

To be responsible for developing and maintaining Marketing strategy to meet agreed company objective.
To evaluate Market condition competitor data and implement Marketing plan alternations needed
To oversees all Marketing activity.

5. IT Implementer

Job Description

Implement Bosnet Distribution software into the clients ( Bosnet will give you the training how to do the implementation).
Assist solution designer/system analyst in testing (QA) application
As support helpdesk in assisting troubleshoot customer problem
Transfer knowledge/training about business process and application to customer.
Setup, configure and test the application to ensure it runs properly.
Doing live preparation, such as: Data transfer, application setting, get sign off balance, etc. (checklist will be provided).
Monitoring the implementation process: supervising user data entry, providing direction and solution to problems or errors.
Documenting project, such as: Issues log and timesheet.
Update Project Manager on the progress of implementation on periodic basis.

Minimum Qualifications

Maximum age is 30 years old
Minimal Diploma Degree from Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering/Mathematics/Physics/Science and Technology
from reputable university
Have minimum 1 year experiences in related position or Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Strong in Database, especially SQL Query
Commitment with integrity, problem solving, analytical and good communication
Willing to work on Saturday
Willing to travel

6. IT Business Consultant (IT Sales)

Job Description

Sells product/platform application Bosnet to clients.
Develop network and customer base.
Find a new clients.
Identify and ensure customer retention needs.
Enquiry customers feedback for product improvement.
Review and benchmarking internal products and pricing to stay competitive in the same business peers.
Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
Arrange prospective clients for presentation and demo sessions.
Make product and price proposal for prospective client.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Minimum 2 years experience in IT Sales, especially as software sales would be good advantage.
Good in negotiation skill and presentation skill.
Have vast network and database clients.
Commitment with integrity, problem solving, analytical, good communication and result oriented.
Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
